  • Proficient with CRM systems and Internet Lead Follow Up
  • Strong Ethics and Values

  • Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
  • Must have valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test

Floor Manager Job Description

The Sales Floor Manager is responsible ensuring the sales team is maximizing every sale opportunity. Ensures customer retention and profitability by hiring, training, and ensuring the performance of Sales Professionals through customer-focused sales standards.

Essential Duties

  • Trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of sales team
  • Appropriately coaches and counsels performance in a timely fashion
  • Directs daily activities of sales staff to meet CSI and Profitability Objectives
  • Ensure sales and appointment processes are executed 100% of the time with 100% of the customers.
  • Stays abreast of manufacturer programs and industry trends
  • Maintains required manufacturer certification
  • Ensures desking practices result in proper Product Presentation/Disclosure
  • 100% Turnover to F&I
  • Understands and complies with all Federal Regulations
