What You'll Bring to the Team:
As our Service Advisor, you'll be the crucial link between our customers and our expert technicians, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling and scheduling needed service work with precision and clarity.
- Greeting customers promptly and warmly, gathering essential vehicle information.
- Accurately documenting vehicle problems on repair orders and test-driving as needed.
- Advising customers on maintenance, providing accurate cost estimates, and securing authorization.
- Managing the repair process from start to finish, including dispatch, progress checks, and follow-up.
- Explaining completed work and charges clearly to customers.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Overseeing vehicle quality control, including preparing vehicles for delivery and inspecting for body work.
- Maintaining required manufacturer training and certifications.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
- An experienced Service Advisor (prior dealership experience is a big plus!).
- A self-starter with excellent computer proficiency.
- Skilled in sales and customer service.
- Proficient with social media (a plus!).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not required, but a significant advantage!
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a professional appearance.
- Has a valid driver’s license and can pass a motor vehicle record test, background check, and drug screen.
This role requires standing for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
