Stanley Ford/CDJ Gilmer is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Used Vehicle Technician to join our team immediately. We're a tight-knit community, and we believe in giving our team members every opportunity to succeed. If you're a motivated pro who's ready to grow with us, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role is a reliable and punctual team player who takes pride in their work. We need someone who is experienced in the basics, including oil changes, brakes, and light mechanical repair. If you have ASE or other certifications, that's a huge plus.

Additionally, all candidates must:

Have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record test.
Pass a background check and drug screen.
Be able to stand for long periods and lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds.

What We Offer

Technician Sign-On Incentive Program*

Master, Transmission, or Diesel Technician - $10,000 Total

$3,000 upon start
$3,000 after 3 months
$4,000 after 6 months

"B" Level Technician - $5,000 Total

$1,500 upon Start
$1,500 after 3 months
$2,00 after 6 months

"C" Level Technician (2 certifications and minimum 2 years of experience) - $2,000Total

$500 upon Start
$500 at 3 months
1,000 at 6 months

*Additional Program Parameters

Candidate can elect to receive a 3 month guarantee equivalent to 40 hours a week instead of Sign-On incentive.
All incentive payments are taxable and will be processed via payroll.
Certifications and experience must be verified to qualify.
