Seeking Energetic and Reliable individuals to join the Stanley Ford McGregor Team.

Previous experience preferred
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Dependability required
Must pass background check and drug test and have a valid driver's license.
PC Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to work some Saturdays

SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting the Controller/General Manager by effectively and efficiently completing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by Controller and/or General Manager.

Receptionist/Greeter

Professionally and timely answering of all calls
Professionally greet all customers
Light office filing and administrative assistance as needed.
Scanning documents
Back up team members as needed.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sitting for long periods of time.
Typically may bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighting up to 25 pounds
